Saturday. Bar-bec-que.
Weekends exist because of weekdays.
The weekday grind makes
cooking over an open flame becoming a
good idea.
It's an excuse, really,
because the meat is the sideshow.
The time is your own. Really.
It's about time:
time to laugh,
time to drink, to plot, to dream,
to share and empathize . . .
a little too much of everything
on Saturday - all right.
